Now available, the Today tab will show your full weekly schedule at a glance along with today’s workout front and center.
You’re in control. Just tap the three dots on the weekly summary to adjust your preferences.
Want to try it? Just switch your planning style in the Profile tab from Classic to Adaptive.
Important: If you're in Classic mode and you have an active plan in the Plan tab, please note that switching to Adaptive mode will not use your old structured plan and will instead switch to the smart weekly plans.
