A New Way to Plan Your Workouts

Hi there, fellow Push Training runners!

We've been listening closely to your feedback, and two things come up again and again:

  • You want to see what workouts are coming up without committing to a rigid plan.
  • You want the flexibility to adjust your plan as life happens.

🎉 Introducing Adaptive Planning

Now available, the Today tab will show your full weekly schedule at a glance along with today’s workout front and center.

You’re in control. Just tap the three dots on the weekly summary to adjust your preferences.

  • Pick which days of the week you want to work out
  • Set a preferred duration range for each workout
  • Get new workouts each Sunday at 5pm local time, or regenerate the current week's workouts right away

Want to try it? Just switch your planning style in the Profile tab from Classic to Adaptive.

Important: If you're in Classic mode and you have an active plan in the Plan tab, please note that switching to Adaptive mode will not use your old structured plan and will instead switch to the smart weekly plans.
