April 2024 Update

Push Training is pushing along! Here's a quick update on what's new! ⬇️ ⬇️

New workouts have arrived 🏃

Four new workouts under the "Elevation and acceleration challenges" category are now available! These four, ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, all follow the same theme of climbing a quick hill followed by a burst of speed. What's also new is that these workouts have multiple extended recovery intervals. Instead of the entire workout being one big hill-than-speed segment, they are broken up into multiple hill-then-speed segments. These are a must try and I had a blast testing them!

🗣️ Try them out and let me know what you think! 🗣️

New Workouts

Look back on completed workouts 🗒️

Some Push Training users have been asking how they can look back on previously completed workouts. Users can always tap on the activity calendar in the Today tab, but starting this week, users will now see their most recently completed workout sessions below the calendar! This makes is super easy to look back on previously completed workouts and better highlights your previous session ratings.

⭐️ Don't forget to rate your workout sessions! ⭐️

Milestone celebrations are here 🎊

Who doesn't love a good moment of celebration? After completing a workout, new celebrations will appear for different milestones around your total time pushing, number of workouts, and total calories burned. If you have Instagram installed, you'll also see an option to share an Instagram sticker to your story as proof of you reaching the milestone!

🔥 If you have an Apple Watch, enabled calorie tracking in settings to celebrate calorie milestones! 🔥
