TL;DR; Walk and Continuous workouts are being retired as we restructure Push Training for the future. We're excited about what's coming, and we plan to bring these formats back better than before.

Over the past year, we’ve learned a lot from your feedback, like what motivates you, what feels effective, and where the app can grow. As we expand beyond traditional treadmill intervals and build support for new workout types, we’ve had to make some structural changes behind the scenes.
As part of that restructuring, we’re officially retiring Walk and Continuous workouts.
These formats stopped being included for new users in summer 2025. Since then, we’ve continued supporting them for longtime members. But to move forward cleanly and build the next phase of Push Training properly, it’s time to fully transition.
This decision wasn’t made lightly.
Our goal is to simplify the foundation of the app so we can:
Deliver stronger personalization
Better support hybrid training formats
Improve long-term performance and stability
Build future workout types the right way
We’re incredibly excited about where Push Training is headed. The changes happening now give us the flexibility to create smarter, more dynamic programming — and yes, that includes the possibility of bringing back walk and continuous-effort workouts in a much better form.
If those workouts were part of your routine, thank you for using them. Your feedback helped shape what comes next.
Push Training is growing & improving, and this is part of building something better.
